Affordable Housing Programs
We offer various programs aimed at making housing affordable for low- moderate income families, ensuring everyone has a place to call home. Cleveland County CDC is a Community Partner Loan Pool Partner Agency with North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, which assists first time home buyers with downpayment assistance.
