As a HUD-certified community development corporation, we strive to improve the quality of life for residents in Cleveland County, as well as our neighboring counties through Community Endeavor Solutions (CES).  Our mission is to provide affordable housing opportunities and foster community development. Cleveland County Community Development Corporation’s mission is to take a leadership role in providing counseling services that will foster economic advantages to our community through personal commitment, personal development, and access to affordable housing options. This is achieved through the encouragement of entrepreneurship, small business development, job creation, and a sense that anything is possible when we work together and support each other.

Vision statement

To develop and manage affordable, safe and, decent homes for people in need, with a focus on the low to moderate wealth income families/individuals. To provide access to resources to help individuals succeed as homeowners. We deliver housing that provide long-term benefits to residents and neighborhoods, alike.
